The Deloitte Dynamic Business Award recognises businesses that have demonstrated their acumen and clever navigation through what have been challenging markets, and have been able to use this to differentiate themselves from their competitors. In addition, the businesses in this category will have demonstrated how they have inspired and developed their employees in these turbulent circumstances.
Mike Thorne, head of private markets at Deloitte is leading the category’s judging panel this year. He comments, “Local businesses have had to adapt to survive the extremely challenging market conditions of recent years and we are aware that has meant tough decisions for many. Equally, we have adapted this award to suit the prevailing circumstances. This year, we will focus on local companies that have the demonstrated flexibility and vision to position themselves as the economy steadily emerges from the double dip recession”.
PRISYM ID will battle it out for the prestigious award going up against other Thames Valley based companies including Fiddes Payne, Norbar Torque Tools, Prodec Networks, Star and Volume, with the winner being announced on Thursday 15th November at The Thames Valley Business Magazine Awards glittering gala dinner at the Royal Berkshire Conference Centre at the Madejski Stadium in Reading.
Mick Daw, President and CEO at PRISYM ID, comments, “We are extremely proud to be shortlisted for such a prestigious and locally focused award. Thames Valley is home to many high technology industries and it is an honour to be recognised within this category”.
He added, “PRISYM ID operates in a very specific and highly competitive market but is growing and expanding rapidly on an international basis, it is brilliant that we have been acknowledged as a company distinctive from our competitors in the current economic climate.”
